ACT Hub, Chaika Theatre, and Everyman Theatre are holding open auditions to cast three productions in the ACT Hub 2026 Season.

Eureka Day

Directed by Jarrad West.
Presented by ACT Hub.
Season: 25 September – 10 October 2026
Picnic at Hanging Rock
From the book by Joan Lindsay.
Adapted by Tom Wright.
Directed by Caitlin Baker.
Presented by Chaika Theatre.
Season: 23 October – 7 November 2026
The Rivals
Written by Richard Brinsley Sheridan.
Adapted and Directed by Jarrad West.
Presented by Everyman Theatre.
Season: 4 December – 19 December 2026
General Information
Combined open auditions for all three productions will be held on Saturday 23 May 2026 at ACT Hub.
Group auditions will be held in four time slots: 10am, 11:30am, 2pm, and 3:30pm.
Please read through the information in the audition packs below to understand the character and casting requirements for each show.
To register for an audition, please complete the online form where you will:
- Provide your contact details.
- Indicate the shows you are interested in.
- Nominate your preferred group audition time slot.
- Write a couple of sentences about the performance-related activities you’ve been up to recently.
After you submit your form we’ll send you an email to confirm your audition time.
