Will last trod the boards in Canberra as Boland in Dogfight (Dramatic Productions, 2023), for which he received the Ovation Award for Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Musical. Before this, he featured in Priscilla: Queen of the Desert (Free-Rain Theatre Company, 2022), and played Sky in Mamma Mia! (Free-Rain, 2021). In his last production with Everyman Theatre, he portrayed John Hinckley Jr. in Assassins (2019) and also played Cornelius Hackl in Hello, Dolly! (Queanbeyan Players, 2019).

While at University, he played Anthony in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (Australian National University Musical Theatre Company, 2016) and Chris in Miss Saigon (ANU MTC, 2015), and featured in Les Misérables (Canberra Philharmonic Society, 2013).

Will has also been involved in several plays, co-directing [Paws for Laughter] (Ursula Hall Theatre Group, 2014), and portraying Algernon Moncrieff in The Importance of Being Earnest (UHTG, 2013) and Zach in Cosi (UHTG, 2012).
