The Importance of Being Earnest

BACK AGAIN TO THE BUNBURY CLUB! FOR TWO NIGHTS ONLY!
Friday 1 March – a limited number of tickets have just been released
Saturday 2 March – now sold out.

ACT Hub presents a gender-bending, steampunk, cabaret version of this classic Oscar Wilde play – The Importance of Being Earnest.

Come and join us at The Bunbury Club, where anything can happen, and often does.
Song, Laughter, Wine and Love combine into a hedonistic cocktail that must be sampled to be believed.

Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest” is a story of love, mystery, and dual identities. |
Amid a flurry of mistaken identity, witty banter – and far too many muffins – Jack and Algy fabricate delicious double lives to escape the straitjacket of societal norms reminding us that “The truth is rarely pure and never simple”…

Wilde’s hilarious comedy on the out of touch and frivolous high society folks will always remain relevant in its everlasting universal humour.
If you like the wine and not the label, this show is for you.
